Our Team

Pradipta.K.Mohapatra is the chairman of totus consulting. He is an alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Harvard Business School . He brings to totus and its client community several years of Business Leadership experience and a deep wisdom about Organisations, Businesses and Leadership. He has also been a part of and managed every business life stages including incubation, turn-around and mergers and acquisitions. In his career, he has coached and mentored over 20 first time CEOs and a large number of senior executives. He has an abiding interest in academics and sits on the board of universities and business schools. He is also a Certified Master Coach from the Behavioural Coaching Institute.

Ganesh Chella completed his post-graduate diploma in Personnel Management from XLRI in 1984. He has over 16 years of industry experience in leading Indian and multinational companies including Cadburys, TVS, Citibank and RPG.

P S Srinivasan completed his postgraduate degree in Human Resources and has over 29 years of experience in the engineering, hospitality, consumer goods and IT industries.

Latha Nambisan completed her post graduation in Management in 1984 from the School of Management Studies, Cochin University. She has over 19 years of work experience in leading companies including Blue Star and RPG.
