Facilitating assessment and feedback and development planning

With deep insight into individual development and coaching, totus is able to deliver assessment data and facilitate development planning in the most sensitive manner.

Facilitating developmental interventions

totus is fully aligned to the realities of what constitutes development and is therefore able to ensure that its clients design and implement developmental interventions that are closest to workplace realities.

Facilitating executive coaching relationships

totus consulting has done pioneering work in the field of executive coaching in India.

Ganesh Chella, the founder of totus is also the co-founder of CFI (The Executive and Business Coaching Foundation India Ltd.) an institution dedicated to the cause of executive and business coaching.
