We organise colloquiums that bring together diverse stakeholders to deliberate macro issues and discover new trends that will impact the management of human resources. Each year’s colloquium focuses on a different theme. Since our inception we have organised seven such colloquiums.

In 2006: The Colloquium ‘Managing in Transient Times’ brought together over 75 leaders from across diverse fields to explore the cause and implications of the transient times we live in. The event helped develop an understanding about the challenges of living and working in today’s world of transient organisational membership.
In 2005: ‘We the Leaders’ brought together CEOs and business leaders to share their personal paradigms on becoming leaders, leading and building leadership.
In 2004: ‘Equal Opportunity India’ explored creating equal employment opportunities for all sections of society in India, and brought together business leaders, HR Heads and representatives from non-profit development organisations working with different sections of society.
In 2003: ‘Employment 2010’ was a Participative Search event where business leaders and CEOs, HR Heads, opinion leaders, consultants, educationists and students came together to help unearth future trends in employment in India.
In 2002: ‘Putting Passion to Work’ had Dr. Kiran Bedi and Dr. S.S. Badrinath sharing their insights.
In 2001: ‘Human Resource Challenges in the Coming Decade’ brought together stakeholders to understand the Mind of the Indian Professional and arising Human Resource Challenges.
