The “totus anniversary colloquium” is a unique annual event designed to shape thinking and build consensus on key organizational or people issues and is attended by significant members of the business and HR fraternity. Each year’s colloquium focuses on a different theme.

Our first anniversary colloquium titled “Human Resource Challenges in the coming decade” was held on June 11, 2001.

The second colloquium, titled “Putting passion to work” was held on June 21, 2002. The theme was on what it takes to create passion around us, transmit it to others, translate it into productive work and make lasting changes.

Our third anniversary colloquium titled “Employment 2010” was held on September 6, 2003. It was based on the trends that would characterise employment in the future. The event was meant to look at the past and present trends of employment in India and on that basis pick up the mega-trends that were likely to emerge in the next 7 years.

Our fourth anniversary explored the theme of “Equal Opportunity India” was held on December 10, 2004. The theme was on making India an equal opportunity nation, with specific focus on the role of the private sector in this. The event also helped identify the critical implications of the proposed policy and suggest a path that is win-win, for all the stakeholders involved.

Our fifth Anniversary Colloquium, on June 11 th 2005, titled “We, the Leaders…” brought together 20 Business Heads / CEOs of India to explore the theme of Indian Leadership. It gave a rare opportunity to view leadership not through the eyes of the theorists and gurus but also through personal paradigms. The event gave the leaders and opportunity to get their hands around the subject of leadership in a real sense.

Our most recent colloquium, held on November 25, 2006 titled, “Managing in Transient times”brought together over 75 leaders from across diverse fields to explore the cause and implications of the transient times we live in. The colloquium helped develop an understanding about the challenges of living & working in today’s world of transient organisational membership. This was the biggest of all our colloquiums till date.
