I am most delighted to share with you the good news of Mr. Pradipta K Mohapatra joining us as the Chairman of totus consulting. Pradipta needs no introduction. He brings to totus and our client community several years of business leadership experience and a deep wisdom about Organisations, businesses and leadership. More than anything else Pradipta has been my Coach and a great source of inspiration throughout my journey in totus consulting and will continue to do so more actively in his current role.

As the Chairman of totus consulting Pradipta will guide our leadership practice. He will also be available to mentor and advise CEOs and guide Boards to establish the highest standards of leadership competence and governance.
